Video Defending Zoophilia

ᴎoɘA

Tourist

I responded to a person who's been attacking twitter zoophiles (and zoophiles as a whole). I tried my best to explain my (and by extension your) position and included a scientific article as well as a good quote from one researcher. Please evaluate my video and tell me if I missed something before I post it to the user in question.

YouTube keeps removing my comments... they should at least let me try to defend myself. I didn't spam anything even. I guess YouTube filters Zoophiles now just like they do nazis.

Good video, the points have been touched on numerous times in the zoo community itself, but unfortunately these arguments are primarily unknown to the general public.

Unfortunately, YouTube reserves the right to remove any video or comment it pleases. You lose your right to contest their decision when you select "I Agree" to their terms of service.

Not bad! Did you mean to use "depraved" instead of "deprived"?
I still don't think antis and bigots will actually listen and absorb.
Every little bit helps, though, right? :)

Wow... typical anti-zoo bigot. I watched the video that prompted you to make yours. It's hard to watch, really. So off-base on so many things. Such as (paraphrasing) "humans can have non-verbal sexual interactions and they understand each other, but a dog licking your face doesn't want to have sex with you" I just want to slap her and say "Well no fucking duh, you moron! No zoos think that!". And that zoos "team up" with pedos/maps... um... none that I know of unless maybe those that are zoo and map. All I see is zoos fighting against that association.
::: sigh :::

nice work, i kinda doubt anyone who should see it would also listen tho.. feels like some ppl just need to hate on something and we are the low hanging fruit of the internet (along with the occasional zoosadist that makes the news and also makes everyone absolutely sure every zoo is exactly like that)

First of all, thank you all for the positive feedback, however I would still kindly ask of you to mention any arguments I might have missed, or at least something that you guys would add to the video to reinforce it. Maybe even something you disagree with?

Would you mind posting the raw script here as well?
Sure, here you go:

My position is one that's very hard to defend
so hear me out for the sake of the market of ideas.
Your video is pure layman rambling, you make a point
that humans can't predict animal behavior when we
have interacted and studied them for millenniums.
There are definitely some deprived individuals among
us like there are in any sector of human society,
and people love to focus on them and elevate them as
the face of our nature, but there's a lot of us who
have respect for their animals, care for their well-being
and don't try to force anything upon them. There's a lot
of us who recognize them as truly living thinking beings
and not tools like most people do. Zoophilia is an assigned
biological attraction, and the least you could do is accept
people who have been born with it as long as they don't
hurt anyone, especially if they aren't engaging in any
kind of intimate activity with animals. But if they are,
I guess even having non-violent intercourse is
"taking advantage" of them in your opinion. That's not true,
and even if it were, people are taking advantage of animals
all the time, they buy them because of lack of human
companionship and use them as workforce without caring
for their well-being, they make meat factories out of
them where they make them live in terrible living
environments before being processed, they force horses
and other ungulates to carry them, when in truth no
living being would want to carry moderately heavy weight
on their back all the time, so you taking up that position
is pretty hypocritical. You guys also bring up consent
very often which is also very much hypocritical and a
poor argument. Animals never consented to be part of
our world and to be interwoven into our numerous systems
but them having no consent implies animals can't recognize
simple natural cues and that everything we do with them
is a forceful activity, but that can't be true because
working with them would then be nigh on impossible then.
they give consent on a daily basis to their owners for
a variety of activities so it stands to reason they can
give consent to one of the most basic needs an organism
can have, sex. You need to understand that mammals do
indeed enjoy sex as much as we do, it's an activity that
is experienced in a primitive part of the brain. You can
read the Live Science article on it which will be linked
in the description, It is fairly old but still pretty accurate.
In the words of Jamie Lawson, If animals possess
an instinct to reproduce, it needs to function somehow —
and pleasure is a fairly basic motivator. I understand you
people find me and people like me disgusting, but that's not
an argument. I'm not advocating for any kind of animal cruelty
in my comment and I truly despise people who hurt animals,
sexually or not. But please understand that things are not
always that black and white. We definitely have more pressing
matters to attend to when it comes to animal cruelty, like
the horse racing industry with it's vast death count for
example. I've made this video with the best of intentions
for both parties. I believe that understanding and analisys
are the way forward, so that we may achieve a more peaceful
society in the future. Thank you for listening.

Yeah. I'd defend myself here with the fact that English is my third language, but considering how much I use the internet that isn't really an excuse.

Would you be open to constructive criticism and edits?
What you are doing is wonderful and i wouldn't mind editing scripts or helping your YouTube channel

It's a very nice article and I appreciate what you're doing. Surely, as the others say, it probably won't change the idea of the person you are responding to (or what his followers think) but you will still demonstrate that you are analyzing the argument with intelligence and objectivity, which is more than what they can say.

I believe that if we want to open a dialogue with someone with different opinions, that's always the best way.
Thanks! also, the person is a girl

Them: "Animals can't consent."
Me: "I can't begin to tell you how many times I have seen a male dog mount a woman's leg or lick a persons crotch."

Them: "Animals can't feel pleasure from humans."
Me: "That sure would make semen collection in dogs and horses difficult to collect. Whether by hand or by sleeve, they ejaculate by humans masturbating them."

Personally, this has not been seen by me for zoophiles related comments, but there are some topics where comments need to be rewritten several times

No, it's not YouTube doing it, but the person that created the video has the power to remove them. Zooier Than Thou's creators has to remove a lot of content, actually. When you look at the comments section on the YouTube presence of Zooier Than Thou, they are filtering out a lot of mean-spirited crap. Don't blame YouTube. YouTube has left Zooier Than Thou up in spite of huge and maniacal opposition.

Yeah, It's definitely not deleting all my comments. I guess it had something to do with me including some filtered words or something. It also seems to be triggered when my comment is long. I've also a tendency to hate big corporations so there was a bit of bias involved with my statement too. It's just weird that my comments disappear the second they are posted on other anti-zoo videos too. Idk, I guess it could be just those youtubers filtering specific words or something.
