Video chat/call Meetup Ad Thread?

Is there anywhere to post an ad for people who want to potentially video chat/call that isn't location-dependent? Posting it in the specific state threads feels a bit odd if the location doesn't matter. Apologies if there is one and I just missed it, I have looked around, but sometimes I'm not particularly observant ?

Since it will invariably lead to idiots who can't read the rules posting their IDs...

To say nothing of how insecure doing a video call with a complete stranger would be.

I mean, true, but we also have a meetups/personal ad section, and the same things can be said about those (it's likely much more dangerous to meet someone in person).
