I do them by hand in the bathroom sink with dawn.

No. I do them by hand. I'll occasionally boil the ones that I can safely do so with in a pot I don't use to cook.

For every day cleaning I just do bar soap in the shower with me, but for a deeper clean I do that and then boil it.
I *have* heard of people using their dishwashers to clean their toys, but I have no idea how smart that it or how well it does.

I just use a large steam bottle sterilizer and heats ups the toys before use

I put my Fleshlight on top of an oil heater for a while before I use it.
