Tips for stretching to take a knotted toy

For context I have a BD rex XL and I really love it~ downside is, I can't fully enjoy it because I get to the knot and I can't get it farther. Any advice or tips to stretch my hole to help be able to take Rex's knot?

I'm a male btw if that helps.

i'd say get one with inflatable knot and inflate it inside. at least if you'd like to get the gist of what the real thing feels like since the knot doesn't go in fully enlarged.
if you're going simply for "i can insert large objects", then buttplugs?

Anal training kits are very popular. Get buttplugs, anal beads, inflatables and have fun with them. Try different positions because your insides turn in different directions. One position might not get you in deep, but if you switch to another one you might get another couple of inches of space. The biggest thing would be lube, and lots of it.
