Thanks, good to know! Also Epic games are giving away a game a day over xmas.
I had oroblems getting into it on my first try too...the gameplay of part 1 was ugh ?I don't know why, but I could never get into mass effect.
i stomached the "gameplay" of the first game solely because the writing was just too good... and i'm glad i did. the series is amazing even when considering the pretty shallow way they chose to end it. at least they fixed it a bit with the citadel dlc.I had oroblems getting into it on my first try too...the gameplay of part 1 was ugh ?
I suggest maybe gice the legendary edition next year a try ?
I totally agree that it was worth it...the end...well they had to do something and I think it was okay...i stomached the "gameplay" of the first game solely because the writing was just too good... and i'm glad i did. the series is amazing even when considering the pretty shallow way they chose to end it. at least they fixed it a bit with the citadel dlc.
ps: i'm pretending andromeda doesn't exist.
It probably would have been better if they'd stayed on the path that the story was planned for in 2. If you're not aware it wasn't going to be the whole organic vs AI inevitability war prevention. 2 had a part where there was a mention of a small young star having inexplicably gone supernova. It was going to be revealed that Mass Effect technology plays havok with the fabric of the universe (which is what led to the supernova), and the Reaper's purpose was to limit its use by wiping out the advanced civilizations before that damage can accumulate to the point of greater damage.the series is amazing even when considering the pretty shallow way they chose to end it. at least they fixed it a bit with the citadel dlc.
