Flat earthers cannot provide a logically consistent explanation as to why things fall to the ground, as well as other observed phenomenon, therefore gravity, and the oblate spheroid earth are the only real option. I think that people who say it's flat generally fall into 3 camps, trolls, people with <80IQ, and contrarians. All three of which aren't really worth arguing with for different reasons.
