Telegram Recovery Issue

Sorry if I'm putting this in the wrong area; I don't exactly know where I should put this- or if I should at all.

I've been booted out of my only active session off telegram for my account; I have the 2FA and the number is currently not in use either.

Nobody will have access to this account...even me. Yeah, I don't have the number either; so I can't use the text or call feature.

I could use the email service, however since it has illegal activities that could come back to bite me in the ass should I:

A) Say fuck it and delete it, losing tons of private chats I will not be able to rejoin
B) Wait and try to reclaim the exact same number
C) Try to call Telegram support /Email
 
All the ilegal is on private chats?
That information is only on your device, not stored in Telegram servers, so they can not check what is in there.

If so, support seems a good option to me
 
I might as well bump this. I don't know if this is against the rules and please tell me if it is; I'm still having the same issue.
