This place seems like a great place. Does anyone know if there are more forums like this that support animal sex, especially female rights to have sex with their dogs?

Certainly.
I would first suggest Zoo Community - it is very much like ZooVille in its format. Its main purpose is centered around allowing zoos to have a social network in a safe environment. It is well known for its admittance of minor zoos onto the site for the purpose of educating them in responsible zoo relationships. Other than that, there is a whole wealth of zoo activists and podcast creators that frequently spend time there, so the cast is respectable. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the "decency" and "etiquette" standards are much higher there - i.e. no 'Dumpster Fire' type discussions.
I know there are more, but their names are currently slipping my mind. ZC is the best one other than ZV I can think of, though.
zoowg.org is one. But that's about all.... zoophilia.wiki is also a zoo based wiki that has about everything zoophilia

)so that might fail to fit one of the criteria that OP wanted, which was a sexpositive environment now that i think about it
