Stuck in sheath?

so I’m testing the water with my dog. He likes eating me out and humps the air a bit when doing so. He’s still iffy on handjobs. Thing is I can’t get his dick out of the sheath. Stroking him he’ll start to swell but it stays in. Other times he’s been very excited and it’s like fully engorged poking out a few inches with a huge knot but still in the sheath. Soon can’t do oral or really anything for him Don’t have any experience with this, any advice would be helpful. Nearly 2 year old XL Bully

Well dogs can't pull it all out by themselves, in sex the "flacid knot" gets out of the sheath with the thrusting motion. Similar with a handjob, you don't really want to jerk them like you would with a human penis, the appropriate approach would be basically to make a "loose fist", help the dog get the tip of his penis into it, and then letting him hump your hand. You can make some ressistance, pushing your hand a little bit against the penis, not using force though. If everything goes well, the knot part should be able to get out of the sheath and expand.
If there is a problem for him to get the whole shaft out of the sheath, it could be potentially a sign of infection, so make your vet look into it.

Ok, I’ll give it a try. It just seemed like i couldn’t get the sheath back any further, and by time he started humping, he’s already too swollen to get the knot out. But he’s never done this before either, so maybe he’s just being weird lol

Thank you very much for the information
