stds and other complications

I struggle with the search the first part might in a thread somewhere already. Sorry advanced.

First part is other than regular testing for yourself are there stds that can transfer from dog to human? And human to dog? I cant imagine they are immune to chlamydia/gonno/syphilis/HIV from humans so i make sure i am careful with my sexual health but should i worry about getting something that will be hard to explain? giving something? other non std signs of sexual activity in male/female dogs (and other animals if known but my interest here is dogs)?

Second part which i hope is more original is what risks of discovery are there that vets or others might notice? how does one explain these situations? can a dog (or other animal, though my question is mainly dogs) be treated with a body weight modified dose of prescription for human? or is this too high risk?

it often seems to me people "spray and pray". This because active zoos are exclusive and so human std are low or no risk?

how do i limit risk for canine sex partners beyond routine sexual health monitoring?

Thanks! I knew the simple answer to the first part would be here. Should I ask the rest of my question in that thread and close this one?

Mostly in relation to signs of sexual activity beyond std and more in physical? Behavior would be one but I think more on physical signs, time for semen to clear animals vaginal area for example or signs in a male dog that he has mounted?

Ha. Thanks, very kind/patient moderator. Next time I am happy to take "the information is available on the site *thread closed*". You can close thread unless collecting sexual health topics in one index is value.

happy to draft index when i get time.
