States with no laws on bestiality?

Zoo vacation?
Only four states—Hawaii, New Mexico, West Virginia and Wyoming—do not have laws that formally prohibit sexual abuse of animals, traditionally known as bestiality.
Do not count on that meaning anything. These practices are not acceptible behavior anywhere. More, if you"re not in your home State, a smart prosecutor will make you look like a predator. Better to stay home, pull your blinds and lock your doors

Animal cruelty, reckless endangerment of an animal, etc, etc....it doesn't really matter what the actual charge is, though they will almost always find something that will stick......Putting you away for a long stretch isn't their goal, you're not a menace to society in realistic terms, or a danger they feel, to the rest of the community....you're an immoral person and a degenerate. Their goal is you becoming a social pariah, an outcast, their goal is to shame and slander you and ruin your life. Whatever it is that sticks, comes with a description on your background report AND, your arrest record, those 2 things never change and it will affect your life, in ways you haven't probably considered.

Your arrest record, for instance, might SAY you have at some time been charged for murder, and it does NOT say that the eventual outcome was dropped charges or a manslaughter conviction or whatever, it STILL and will always read Murder, because it's an ARREST record, not a conviction sheet. And, in that example, every cop who ever pulls you over for speeding for the rest of your life is going to see MURDER on your arrest record.

And it works the same for an arrest for an immoral act with an animal, which is legalese for fucked an animal. It's a pretty insidious system really, regardless of what the crime is.

Why not count on the meaning? If there's no law for it then how can they prosecute you?
They can prosecute for abuse, endangerment of the animal, lewd behavior, and, if you've invited someone to come from across a state line, probably for soliciting. If there are no laws against it on the books, it doesnt mean its acceptable. It probably means the subject is loathsome enough that no one wants to tackle the legal wording it takes. In other words, its legal til you get caught, just like everywhere else.

Darling...if you "Highly Doubt" anyone's been caught for it you have a lot of reading to do here. More, there are people here who may well be law enforcement. Six or eight cases were made at BF, by a Virginia cop with a sweetie who worked for HSUS. At least one of those was against a Virginia guy and a WEST VIRGINIA girl. There are others. That cop may be among us, since we never figured out who he was at BF, and he hasnt retired, as far as I know.

Maybe or maybe not. I highly doubt no one has been caught for it. If so, the law has still not been changed.
Obviously you haven't seen other articles where they can pin another law similar even if it doesn't explicitly say bestiality. Just because there's no law saying it specifically doesn't mean you can bang your dog in the back of an ally. Plus it won't make you look any good if you traveled just to plow an animal and was looking for a state with no laws.

Some areas have criminal charges and some have felony charges. That’s the difference you really are seeking. Or just do what you do in privacy and don’t try to post your accomplishment in video

Do you have these other " articles " that we can see? Unless it's been implemented in those states for those particular crimes then you can't say that ?
Try the search engine here first, Honeylamb, it will give you some starting points. OK, WVa, Va, Tx, Pa, In and Wa. have all had recent busts. You're beginning to sound like a cop, since you haven't been here 24 hours and youre soliciting.

Bruh these comments in here are SUSPECT for sure

You should not ‘plan a vacation’ around anything zoo themed

The comments above are completely correct. They will find something to stick in order to hold you then build up a prosecution.

Zoo is illegal, socially frowned upon and although some states don’t have “specific laws” they do have laws that cross over into zoo such as what was mentioned above

Go to Disney World and experience life.

Hilarious comment. When was I " soliciting " Honeylamb? I sound like a cop ? best one I've heard so far. Well done you, top of the class.
You seem to be pushing for people to visit...youre working way too hard for a newb. If you have any knowledge of the hobby, dear, youd already know where to look for info on the topic...if you arent, you should be asking, not telling. But whatever. Hope you find whatever you're seeking, dear.

Visit? Visit what lol. I suggest you go re read the WHOLE page and look at the question that was asked. You'll follow it I'm sure. Also, I'm not even in the same country as him lol. I simply googled what states is bestality legal in.
And then proceeded to argue over whether that meant those states were a vacation spot for beasties. Telling people things that aren't correct is a little suspicious, dont you think?

Wouldn't say " argue " sweetie. Merely holding conversation and asking questions anyone with two braincells would ask. I never told anyone anything that wasn't correct! That's your opinion, Honeylamb ? and we all know what you can do with that opinion lol.
Yep...Same as you can do with yours....Btw, if you're not from the States, why would you answer questions about the law here? You never "told anyone anything that wasnt correct"....but it was incorrect, regardless. Try actually looking for cases, before you say there aren't any. Either you know what you're talking about or you don't?.
You can have the last word here, sweet potato. Enjoy it.

Just be discreet and ensure that anyone you're enjoying the experience with is also. And if you take pics/vids. Delete any exif data from them and be sure to keep your face out of it.
