I did with a small plug before, i woke up with no problems. Just make sure you are real empty before you go to sleep so you dont try to fart it out while sleeping, also use a comfy one or you'll have sore cheeks in the morning

Ofc, I usually wear a tighter pair of underwear when wearing toys for expended periods of time. Dont want it accidentally slipping out while im at work ?

Ideally those with a T-handle work best for prolonged/night use. I've tried with a few toys that had round bases and depending on your sleeping position it gets uncomfortable after a while. I guess it depends on the size of the base as well lol.
