Should I let my dog do things?

This year my dog has been really excited, he likes to hump things and people a lot but he also smells my clothes and my crotch a lot. A friend told me that he does it bc he is interested in doing things to me and idk if that is true or even if I could try let him lick me since I have no idea how safe these things are but at the same time I am curious on how it feels... any help?

u can if u think he has a unclean mouth, mostly dog mouth is more clean than human

its fully ok if u clean ur dog and urself before u do it - but mostly dogs are pretty clean

I'm not sure if he will do it but since someone told me that's what he has been looking for with all the sniffing and humping then I can maybe let him do it
