You can choose any toy you want but as for me first time I would choose a dildo that gradually increases in size. This will make it easier for you to pick up knots of different sizes.

Go for it, I know there is a website that offers big and small inflatable toys. I went with the small one to get use to it, but word of warning don't tug on the base too much or it might disconnect the bulb and its rather painful to remove.
