As I've gotten older and discussed my family history with aunts and uncles, I've discovered I may have come across my unique sexual appetite naturally. As more stories are told, there's a little more insight of deviant behavior being shared. I grew up blissfully ignorant to my parents' preferences, but I'm curious the nature/nurture balance of sexual preference and how it will affect my kids.
I just want to clarify, my question is based on the assumption parents have a 'normal' birds and bees discussion with their kids at an appropriate age. As I grew up ignorant to my parents' sexual choices, I'm assuming your kids will as well.
It may have been better for me to ask, "Without suggestion or guidance from you to bias their opinions, do you think your kids will grow to have 'similar to you' sexual interests on their own?"
