Is it possible to have sex with and older bitch whose had puppies after she is desexed?

Yes but only if she wants to. You should never pursue anything if your dog doesn't want to.

Could be possible, at the same time. Not possible. I've tried with a recently spayed bitch years ago who had puppies. I've had fun with her before she was spayed though. Just becomes too risky. She just got tighter, and more closed up.

A whole lot depends on the vet. Some tie the vagina off at the cervix and some at the back of the vulva. Obviously you need enough vagina to accommodate your length and checking very carefully for that should be your first step.
