It should be pleasurable for the non-human as well as the human, if not you're doing it wrong. There's so mmuch more than just the physical act. When I'm loving a bitch I always spend a good bit of time making sure she's getting the stimulation she needs. Dogs masturbating (as well as all kinds of other animals) is a known and documented occurrence. A lot of people here would say it's pretty self evident that animals experience pleasure from sexual arousal. The fact it is pleasurable is one of the driving factors of animals procreating, just like it is for humans.
This isn't to say that people take advantage of animals of course, just that the capacity for enjoyment is pretty self-evidently there.

I’m gonna make some guesses here given the fact that we can’t really ask the dog which is more enjoyable. The canine vagina is built to match with the canine penis. They tie together well and the male can get a long, complete, draining ejaculation. Often with a human female, the tie doesn’t last as long and isn’t as tight in the right places, leading to an incomplete ejaculation. I’m sure this is still enjoyable but maybe not as completely satisfying as a long tie with a bitch that only breaks when the male is completely done and his knot shrinks.
