Surgilube for preventing bacteria transfer. It could affect the natural bacteria of the vagina and which might give room for harmful bacteria to grow, but I've not had issues with it. I've heard j-lube can be food for bacteria because it's composed of sugars. Astroglide is not cost effective.

Thank you for the info. We have Astroglide and it's worked well for over 15 years for us.
