Safer way to communicate

I'm not sure where to post this but anyway, would anyone know which application would be the most secure for communicating off the forum?
I already have a Telegram account but would like to create another, unfortunately the fake numbers generated online don't work with me so I'm not sure what to do.

I am wondering what experience do people have with zoo groups being deleted by the producers of different chat apps. For example there are reports of discord deleting/banning zoo room and so on. If you have a good indication a zoo group/room was deleted by the company that owns the chat program...

Mostly because login-in / login-off everyday is a bit annoying (I do everything to be safe well I hope I do it right) - or, I'm a moron and I can forget to do it because I'm less used to it than actual social chat medias ?

It is in the General and User Chat category.
