Rice Pudding or Tapioca?

Just made a batch of Rice Pudding. Wife prefers Tapioca.

I added a about an ounce of Jameson to a serving. It was good as a topping then I mixed it in. Better!

Do you put cinnamon in your rice pudding? I note there was no option for sago pudding known to anyone my age from the UK as frogs spawn!

I like tapioca . My wife likes rice. So we make both. PS: best with pearl tapioca.
