Under what circumstances could I repost photos/videos (or clips) that are not my own.

If it is allowable does one give credit to the original source?

After youve read the rules, If you do repost, please do give credit. Nothing annoys me more than seeing something I wrote reposted without credit. And if you dont know whom it belongs to, its okay to say that
