Well, this is a strange story, about the deer hunting community and the lust of some of their members toward female deer. These are not zoos, obviously, but we share a desire to mate with animals, us through affection and they through dominance.

What got me interested was the terrible quality video

deer and man2,) as well as another video of a man boning a tipsy doe in the woods. At first I though the noise was the result of a bad transfer from film, but then I began suspecting someone was trying to destroy the ability of anyone to identify anything. One of the guys had a contact who knew the creators. I asked permission to copy his story here, but he never gave me an answer. So I am copying only my final post over there as the thread suddenly went dead.
In all three videos there is a man wearing a mask and boning the live deer and the camera man (not shown).
Here was my summation:
OldZoo: I am getting more and more information that agrees with this backstory. It turns out that there is more than one such "deer park", and they (thee deer rapists) are called "hunters" because they shoot the captive/untamed deer with tranquilizer darts. I think it is common knowledge among us zoos that some hunters have a secret lust for does (hell, so do I), and that accounts for the gross videos of men boning does they had just killed. Obviously, a true zoo is going to be horrified by that.
So here is the explanation for both "Deer and Man2" and the strange deleted "deer man" where the guy bones the tipsy doe. This is all my conjecture based on what LotusMare posted above. It turns out that these deer farms call themselves "deer parks".
At first they bred deer for sale to "canned hunts" and for their own hunts. But at some point they recognized that there was an sexual attraction between some of their hunter customers and the does. We know this from the gross videos of men boning their dead victims.
They realized that this amounted to a business opportunity where the same doe could be "rented" many times. There is actually a study pdf done by a man who only provides it on an individual level called "The History of Deer Parks".
Here are my observations about the videos:
The dopey doe in the Man Deer video, while badly impaired, did not seem to be trying to escape. Once allowed to get to her rear feet, she spread her stance for better stability and just seemed to be going along with the man's breeding her. She could have simply collapsed onto the ground, but I believe she was very familiar with what was happening from many such encounters (as Lotusmare said).
These videos were probably produced by the same guys. The man boning the doe in Deer and Man2 was very very aroused by what he was doing and his many actions showed he had done it before and dreamed of it for a long time. So this would compel him to want to share his excitement with others.
The camera man apparently had a kink for ejaculating on the doe's head as LoutusMare related. That explains the strange white blob that seemed to be coming out of her forehead.
While I doubt any zoo is going to find this acceptable, we must remember that we tolerate the horrific murders of animals every day and that there is an entire industry built up around this "hobby". I even saw a video on youtube where the hunter allows a stag to breed a doe before blowing his heart out as he sniffs his handy work.
