The tricks for tying with a dog is a) make sure it’s a large dog and b) the vagina is a strong muscle when exercised and used correctly.

Thank you for your honest answer. I have seen enough recordings to know that some women don't get knotted, the knot always slipping out, but other women very much do. There are e few videos out there where the women are lifted or pulled around by knotted dogs. Not fun but definitely knotted.
