I've tried with a female cat, I wet a Q-tip and stimulated her with it softly when she was in heat. We both enjoyed it, that's for sure. I don't think I'll do it again because she's so small compared to me and my hand isn't very good at being gentle for a long time, I always end up going harder, which would make the recipient uncomfortable.

Cats have barbs on their penis but at least house cats the barbs are like hard rubber. There penis feels quite interesting. As far as I know female cats require stimulation for ovulation.
