Question for a vet or vet tech - Female Dog

Hi so I have been intimate with a family female dog regularly since her 2nd heat, balls deep. Now they are planning on breeding her via a vet clinic who are planning on examining her and the male before hand... Thankfully I have until her next heat before they take her in but are they going to be able to tell she has been penetrated?

Upside is her hymen broke due to running around and they already know about that but I assume I'm going to have to avoid spending time with her?
 
I'd avoid any contact with her for awhile. Not sure how long until her next heat, but at least a month or longer before then. I don't know what exactly they'll be examining for. So avoiding contact can be a start.

The hardest part is she is in heat and flags constantly for me, and my self control is crap but I agree she is 7-9 months between cycles so it's not super close.
 
Badically they might see she is wider than she should fir the average. Not necessary something suspicious by itself.

But since that adjusts itself, in a month or more she will most probably be back to normal.

God I'm going to miss it. She smells so good when in heat but yes I agree.
