Question can you do anything with a spayed female dog?

No. During spaying, they may have removed more than just ovaries. Plus tighten everything up. Some have said if she's been played with before, it's possible, but in my experience with that, it may be uncomfortable for them.

Although those spayed later in life might have more room, they are less interested in general, however, she may still enjoy manual stimulation. If possible, avoid a spay, worst case do a tubal litigation, best case leave her intact.

So from what I've learned since being here is if she's been fully spayed then no penetrative sex. Foreplay is okay as long as she actually wants it. However there is something called an OSS an ovary sparring spay which allows her to have natural heat cycles without the chance of getting pregnant and less of a chance of her getting pyometra. She stays healthy and may even still want sex but 6 times out of 10 they don't though. In other words your best chance to have sex with a female dog is if she is intact. You sometimes have to get them spayed later in life if she would end up with pyometra which I never delt with. There's an article about it somewhere on here.

You can but there are other risks involved. Like her not being deep enough to take you or being too small. Rarely would a spayed dog be interested in sex though.

If your talking about penetration, probably not, oral and massaging are still possible I've been with a few desexed girls that like that sort of thing, and a few that didn't, so obviously in the latter case I didn't proceed any further, because they weren't interested in even gentle non-invasive stuff. If you try anything take it slow and be prepared to take no for an answer if she shows even the slightest indication she isn't liking it, obviously a desexed bitch is more often than not going to have a very low sex drive, so most won't be interested.

I lack the knowledge and I'm curious if you can or cannot as well as why? Thanks for your time!

In most spaying the ovaries are removed and most of the uterus but the cervix and vagina are left intact. This makes the abdominal surgical cut as small as possible while getting the job done. With no ovaries the dog is technically immediately in menopause. This will limit mammary tumors and pyometra but will cause ligament issues and incontinence issues.

Now as the Cervix is still intact then full sex is still available. I had 10 years of nearly daily sex with my desexed dog until she had cruciate ligament issues and incontinence followed by a uti, which with a bad allergy to antibiotics led to her demise.

My new pup has had the OSS Ovarian Sparing spay which because she is part Dane included a prophylactic gastroplexy as Danes can twist their gut with bloat.

This involved a 10-12 inch incision in the gut. Both ovaries were left and the uterus and cervix were removed. I was expecting the previous version of the surgery which reduces the uterus to a stump and leaves the cervix. New research has found stump pyometra is still a risk. So the cervix is removed and the Vagina stitched at the point of the cervix this leaves enough room for a great dane to breed the bitch as she will come into heat and drive the boys nuts.

I actually had a conversation with the Vet to make sure she had enough length to take a big dog in case she got out. I am no where near as big as a dane so plenty of room for activities.

It is possible for surgery to restrict the length of the vagina but the minimum length would have 3-4 inches as the position of the Urethra and the pelvic symphysis would prevent any more being cut. To shorten the vagina too short for sex would have to be an intentional action as the surgery would be harder to perform than a traditional spay.

So I would expect some Vets are determined to go all out but they will be rare most Vets are in the job to make money.

Having owned a couple of desexed female dogs I can say sex can be a daily thing for anyone less than Tommy Lee or John Holmes.

Actually, the information I found about OSS was quite certain you should not let a boy breed your bitch when cervix is removed. Obvious readon is the cervix is a massive stump of meat that will hold, while stitches on the wall may break if pushed hard.
(maybe the advice is more geared to chances of smaller dogs being bred by much larger ones, so, yours being on the larger side, is why your vet said she was ok?)

That, with a dane mix will likely not affect human sex at all, plus we are aware of it and can be cautious and test it first.
But be careful with big dogs around.

I actually found the explanation quite disturbing... We will leave you with a female that you may let roam free, She will be a male dog magnet and willing eagerly to have sex, but be aware she may take heavy damage if a dog happens to mount her....
I mean... PLEASE leave the cervix. I'll be in the lookout for any infection sign...

Yes it is a fine line to tread but I think the Vagina is capable of stretching enough to prevent most damage from big dogs. Also logically the uterus is stronger tissue and easier to stitch so it would be more correct to leave the stump but so far there has been little reason to leave the stump and the Vets are aware the dog may get bred.

Having seen small dogs with 4-5 inch dicks breeding cats who normally take a 1" dick with a width way more than normal, I am surprised at the toughness of the vagina. I think a lioness could be comfortable with a human dick after watching dogs knot a house cat.

There have been videos of medium to large dogs taking 10-12" of dildo.

You also have to remember a vagina can pass the equivalent of a bowling ball during birthing without damage.

I have bred my mares with a small dick compared to a horse and found them tight then watched them foal down 50kg's of baby.

The Vagina can take some punishment, I guess the Vets are relying on that to protect a bitch.

To clarify that any female desexed prior to her first heat will not have developed enough to be comfortable with sex.

It may be that some females may require a second heat before desexing to be fully developed sexually.

So not every desexed female is capable of sex it depends how mature she was.

I read a lot of porn stories on here where females fully capable of sex and or have had puppies are desexed and suddenly their bodies don't work. A very annoying perception.

My current girl is spayed, i don't know when, she was abandoned and I got her as rescue. After we love and trust each other, she is very receptive for oral and fingering and definitely gets orgasms and often do the happy dance. Penetrative Sex isn't possible, but I heard sometimes it's possible, but very rare and nothing you should hope for. She even loves my cum, but has less interest in licking my cock.

Have you seen that in person or just on Youtube? I've never been sure that a cat can be comfortable being bred by a dog.
