Question about new user pms

Hey I'm new here obviously and I was just wondering something. I know a new user has to make 10 "relevant posts" now in the fun section to be able to pm and join groups but what is considered a relevant post I'm made a few post I don't believe we're in the fun section but nothing has seemed to happen.

For the record not trying to spam or anything but genuinely curious if I'm doing something wrong or just misunderstanding.

Give it some time, user permission changes seem to not be instant. You'll probably have PM access later today.

It says in the rules that the PM enabling happens once every 12 hours.
