Problem with getting aroused

Hi I dont really know how to put this but I seem to get more turned on looking at the female dog vids/pics than I do with naked female.
I had a dog many years ago & we did stuff mainly anal as I didnt no anything else as no internet. She passed away & for year i didnt really think about the love we had, Until recently know I think about it a lot & want to get a new dog like my old 1 a Doberman.
The thing I wanted to ask was I look at porn its ok but I alway have to come here to end the night off watch a vid of 1 of you guys & your ladies nothing else does it.

Is this normal?

No it is not normal. Zoo is not considered normal by the broad public (homosexuality is), the word "normal" chsnges meaning about every 20 years.
It is not even normal from biological point of view as the primary purpose of an organism is to survive which includes making new generations of the species. Being zoo (with no interest in your own human species) which is not your case though, violates this principle and removes your genes from the population.

I think what happened to you is that you are bored by the usual stuff and maybe looking for something fresh.

You have to put up with it yourself. But concerning yourself by what is normal probably is not going to help.

What is normal anyway, most people can't help what they are attracted to, Is getting aroused by an animal right or wrong really comes down to how you personally think about it. In wider society people may consider it wrong, because often these days even fully mature animals have come to be compared to children (fur babies) thus the negative reaction. If you asked most people here, I would expect the answer to be different and be something like If you respect the animals wishes and do nothing to harm them in any way, then there is nothing wrong with interacting with them sexually.

I would try and find a way to test the waters about the subject with your wife. I am not married, but secrets seem to be bad for relationships. Thus if your wife isn't dead against the mere idea of humans and animals then gradually working to bringing the idea out into the open may be a healthy thing for you and your relationship. On the other hand there is always the jumping in the deep end approach and saying "Oh honey, look what I just found on the internet! I think that looks kind of hot." If you've admitted that you have some positive reaction to the video you are showing her, it sort of puts the subject slap bang on the dinner table. She will either react positively or negatively to what she is seeing. By saying you just stumbled upon it gives you some wiggle room if she handles it badly. However if you have a secret attraction whether it be zoo or anything else, one day like it or not your going to make a mistake and she will find out; so it's better to try and lead things down a positive path up front.

If you decide to bring a dog into your lives I'm sure there are plenty here who could help you do things the right way from the start which includes waiting till the dog is old enough to participate before trying anything sexual. The puppy time is when you build a bond and really get to know each other as individuals before sex potentially complicates the relationship.

Thanks for the reply's. Yes I now its not Normal I just wondered If anyone else had felt the same way or had the same experience. Its wasn't so much sex thing with mine it was also the cuddling & companion ship as I was home pretty much all day with her. And its only certain breed here that turn me on.

there could be several things amiss.
other species can turn me on more then human female but I also have a girl and she get me going just fine :3
You should think about watching less videos and such. If you have problems with anxiety or depression that can also cause issues for a man and woman.

That really depend on what you are looking to achieve, If your after a companion more than a lover a mature dog from a rescue place would be the best way to go. A lot of rescue places have trouble re-homing older dogs because they aren't as "Cute and Cuddly" as a puppy. The only problem with rescue places, is most if not all of them that I know of in my own country (not sure where your located) require them to be desexed before you can take them home. So if your after a lover and a companion they may not be the best option. Puppies can be lots of fun, but they can also be lots of work as you have to teach them all about the world and the rules that exist in it. Such as leather shoes might taste great, but you should not eat them, or the two leggers get upset with you. Young dogs can be a good choice if you don't have the extra time puppies need, but like the older dog if they are from a rescue place they will most likely be desexed and there up bringing may not have been the best. Generally speaking though if you show a dog love and patients they will fit in to your household in no time.

So there you go I've said all that and not actually answered your question. That's because I can't I have never had a dog from a rescue place. That's because my boy was rescued, but never went through official channels he was rescued by the breeder who found out what was being done to him. I won't go into that, but If I ever got my hands on those people I would probably end up in jail!
He was re-homed with me as the breeder knew me and knew I would take extra good care of him and give him all the love he needed.

Any good/ethical breeder will have a policy when you can return the dog to them if for some reason you are no longer able to look after them. (In my case the breeder actually refunded the money to get my boy back from where he had been sold too, just to get him out of the bad situation.) So if you look on breeder's websites sometimes you can find dogs that need rehoming who also still have all their factory fitted equipment still installed.
