How to find a dog/owner that meet your requirements is going to depend a little on where you look, the place you live, what you want.
For this site, and any internet site really, posting your availability and desire to do it in a bunch of different threads is going to look over-eager and thirsty, and be a GIANT red flag. (I'm talking about doing it repeatedly in the personals, by the way, not posts like this one). If you seem TOO eager, that makes people super suspicious right off the bat.
Your account is new-ish, but not hours or days old, so it looks like you successfully avoided that most common pitfall, and that looks good on you.
I would suggest, for this site especially, be a little more active in the General threads, opinions, thoughts, ideas, etc. You have done most of your commenting in the Fun and Games forum, which is fine, but doesn't really give any potential owners much to go on as to who you are, what kind of person you are, how you feel or think about things in general, or k9 sex in specific, etc. The owners I've spoken to here, and myself included, all like to have a basic picture of you, the person before we even consider whether it's worth any time and effort to look any further, or to just move on past you and save everyone the time and bother. (That's where all those thirsty personals postings kill anyone, btw....)
If the basics create some interest in knowing more, that's to your benefit. If what people see is super thirsty, most people immediately assume you're a safety risk or just another flake pretending to be something you are not. And, as far as what in that would make you a safety risk? Being too over-eager or too thirsty distinctly gives others the impression that you may be willing to take reckless or stupid unnecessary risks in order to satisfy your cravings and desires, and no one is going to risk themselves or their animal companions in that scenario. And, those that WOULD, well, those are the very people you will most likely regret meeting.
As far as you in specific, I think you're best course going forward is to just put a little more of your inner self out there to see, without risking your own safety and well being, a few more thoughts and opinions, maybe your likes, dislikes, etc. Anyone thoughtful enough to MAKE a post like this one has a very distinct advantage over the majority of new accounts who just leap right in with no thought at all. That tells most of us that you at least take things seriously, and that's a very good start here on this site.

Just be sure it's how you want it. Don't be pressured. Make sure you are comfortable with the dog, the owner and the location.

MOST people occupy that station in life. Not being allowed pets is a reality most people have these days.

Finding a place that is affordable is my first priority.

And that's perfectly reasonable. NOT everyone who has sex with a dog believes it has to be some great relationship or love affair, as some here would have us all believe. Get to know the person slowly and very well. Protect your personal information while you do this. Don’t set yourself up for a bad or scary situation. There are some real jerks out there.
There are also some really awesome people too. Take the time to get to know someone and then you will know what to do next.
