Pleasing my zoo partner, having fun with 3

Looking for advice. My GF and I are new to zoo. We have a German shepherd who likes to mount and has got a little experience under his belt now.. he does this on his own but is a little clumsy and doesn't stay in place very long. It's great! But I was curious how to get him to improve his ability. Should we just let him learn on his own or are there any tips or tricks for him to hump longer or stay in place long enough to knot?
He always seems to know what time it is when we and my GF start to get intimate and expects sex at this point getting very excited. The problem is all of us playing together is very awkward sometimes. It kind of forces us to let him go first and me second (which I like!) but I would also like for us to figure out a way to play at the same time. If he's in a licking mindset it's pretty easy but if he wants to fuck it's very difficult. Has anyone figured out a good way to play (1 male, 1 dog and 1 woman) at the same time?
So far our favorite things to do is have me and the pup take turns eating my GF out and taking turns kissing her. If he's mounting I just kind of help spot him and wait my turn. Sometimes she will blow him while it's my turn but we don't want to pull him into any sort of position, it's difficult to manage with him moving all over the place.
Just wondering how you all navigate having fun with your partner and the dog, as well as how to teach your dog how to improve what his instincts are directing him to do. What do the zoo girls want from their partner while being intimate with the dog?
I also give them to have alone time together of course, but I can't help them with that ?

I had German Shepherd and yes I have to admit, he was very smart and quite easy to learn. But in young age (2-7yo) had supermassive amount of energy, not just for daily activities but sexual energy as well. Sometimes wasn't easy to keep him away at home. Luckily in City Park his attitude and temper was brilliant. About being clumsy.. well I haven't noticed anything like that. Every dog, like a cat have various personalities. Maybe Your dog may act different than mine because lack of practice. Give him more time and will be fine ☺️

Unfortunetely most dogs aren't super flexible but German Sheperds are fast learners so by all means try teaching him, just remember not to force him if he's uncomfortable
