No she isn’t spayed I’ve just wanted to try it to see if me and her would enjoy it of course I’ll stop if she doesn’t

Generally speaking most dogs will not like anal. Because this hole has never been designed to be penetrated and even for people it is a learned appreciation.

generally yes she should be big enough. take things slow start with gentle fingering, and work your way up.
remember to use plenty of water based lube, and stop at the first sign of discomfort.
