You can not. There was material posted in DM's that violated the rules so the feature was "removed" for new users and a threshold had to be met before those options open up. If you are curious @dogluver101 can go into more detail for you. But sadly right now you are not able to.

For the security of ZV, we've restricted the attachment privilege in private messages to ZooVille Settlers (150 posts or more) and higher tiers. This is due to abusive content being spread by users who are only here to file share. Effective 2-23-2020 Regards, ZT

You need to have 150 posts before you can send files in private messages.

As other said, it is restricted by minimal user activity. However you can still use sites like imgur.
I think I’ll just stick to zooville, I’ll just have to get my post count higher lol.
Just remember that posts in the fun and games section do not count towards your post total.
