Some interesting facts about Polar Bears:
1. Polar bears have black skin and translucent fur.
2. They keep warm because of about 4 1/2" of fat.
3. They love seals.
4. Polar bears are not descended from brown bears, but they are related... about 600 000 years ago.
5. They are between 7 and 8 feet long and 5ft high at the shoulder.
6. They are "threatened". There are only between 22 000 and 31 000 left.

(These may be the fabled "lesbian bears".....) (Private joke... just for clarity!)

I have seen another photograph of this, taken from a different perspective, and it shows a slightly different aspect of it. It is a well-photographed place, lots of people go to do Tiktoks and things. Still very clever though.
In not afraid of heights but i won't take a risk , just for a picture lol, even if the height is half of what it looks like lol

By todays standards, yes....but seventy years ago, disposables were in their infancy. It was either cans or bottles. For machine dispensables, glass bottles were asking for disaster in larger sizes. Can linings were also new tech, and not effective against taste changes. The heavy waxed board these containers were formed from had the needed strength, and an inert interior.
Sometimes, backwards compatibility isn't. ?
I remember milk cartons like that. But only in quart sizes. I miss the waxed cartons even if they did leak from time to time. I think they'd recycle better than the plastic coated paper we have now.
