I'm posting for a friend who lives in the Horowhenua area of NZ. She used to have experiences with her dogs around a decade ago, and now wants to find someone near by that she might be able to meet with who has a male dog.

You'll probably find you get a better reception if SHE does the posting and the asking...at this point, we have only your word she even exists, and HERE, that often means she does not.
