I personally don’t have actual experience with this but, from what I’ve read here, the consensus seems to be that doing things with other people’s pets (w/o their permission) is not appropriate. I tend to agree.

You'll never see a site named borrowmykid for a babysitting service. Just shows how average joe and jane think about their pets, yet loving your companions is wrong.

Personally I would consider it highly immoral to use someone else's animal for sex without their knowledge and approval. I disapprove of fence hopping for the same reason.
