North America (USA and Canada) vs Europe (including UK)

Hey, I have noticed there are a lot more females in Europe than North America on this site.

My question:

Is Europe more open to this kind of stuff? I know it is illegal in the UK, but it seems to be common.

In the USA, it is illegal in most states, but seems to be common in certain states (CA, TX, and NM (where I believe it is legal) stand out). Being from CA originally, I know we have rural areas and a very sex positive environment within the metro areas. In TX and NM, I know there are a lot of rural areas, but fairly conservative overall.

It would be an ideal place to start a Zoo convention. Something to talk to ZTHorse about.

I am curious to know what such a convention would look like. I have hosted conventions on other topics in the past. I can see the panels now: How To Be Properly Mounted, Zoo and Non-Zoo Relationships, Zoo Etiquette, etc
