New life with a dog

Hey, everybody. I have long had a dream of having a dog as a lover. What breed would you recommend for life together? I also want to ask with what problems I will have to face with the joint life with a dog?

I plan to get a dog from a shelter for homeless animals. Maybe you can tell me what to pay attention to?

ps. I have had the experience of having sex with a dog. It was a medium sized breed, slightly smaller than a German Shepherd.

Shelters generally castrate animals. Castrated animals usually have very limited sexual interest or none at all. Thinking with your dick when getting a dog is generally a bad idea because your decision making will likely be impaired leading to other problems like having a breed that you can't handle.
