Hello my female K9 just intentionally rubbed her rear on my crotch and held it there I’ve never had this happen before or heard of it is this normal?

Normal or not, it's not really important it is? What matters is how she may have feek when doing it and how you reacted in my opinion. Also it's impossible to judge without the contexr.
