So im kinda new to the community, i encountered a male dog without a collar and he seemed really healthy, beautiful pitbull mix. If i were to let him in, what should i be concerned about if i want to do anything? Appreciate anything

Nothing just give him a little snack pet him and just keep petting him love him and I am sure he will love you back

Well, i mean i want to let him in, im a male. He looks well off being groomed and all, i let him slip it in but didnt follow through. First time. Which section explains any stds or anything?

How to and educational section. If he was a random stray, I would find out if he has an owner though. Even though he has no collar. Some dogs can still have an owner as he could be microchipped.

The dog isnt likely a stray. Let him be. Elsewhere you mentioned worms. Some types can be transferred by flea bites....some can be transferred by simply "shaking hands" with the animal if hes managed to step in a dump from another dog, cat, squirrel or other critter. The eggs from parasitic worms are hard to see with the eye, can be under a fingernail for hours, and are difficult to destroy. 15 minutes of boiling, or a full formaldehyde bath might do it. Formalin, no, shorter heat, no. Theres a very wide range of parasites. Not all are Parasites of dogs, but dogs can move the eggs around....so can people.

If you dont know this dog....leave him alone

Yes, I'd say give him food and shelter and do your best to try find the owner, including asking around and walking him to see if he heads for somewhere. It might be a family pet and beeing really missed :(

If no one claims him, and he likes being with you, congrats! You've got yourself a dog
(Don't know how laws are at your place, but usually, if you have a dog for some time and no one claimed him, you can legally own it)
Also, and this is more fuzzy, you should be able to ask the owner reinbursment for any vet and care charges you got.

So first thing I'd do is go to the vet, check for Id chip, then med check and basic deworming, yadayadayada... Tell him you are searching for the owner, keep the recipes and... you have proof of when you found him ;)

So he stayed overnight, the guys built like bulky lol im gonna search around see if i can find the owner, from the looks he dosent have fleas much, good coat and well mannered, if all goes well and time passes ill be uploading ?

Sure. May be a roaming dog with an owner, but also a lot of good dogs are literally dumped on purpose by their owners for their own reasons.

If it is the later you both been lucky.
Been there. Got a really nice black dog roaming on my garden for months. At the time it was not unusual for owned dogs to run freely.
One day I saw a neighbour with the dog leashed...
"Oh. Is he yours? "
"No, roaming dog. I usually gave him some food. I am keeping him now".

...*I* could have kept him...
