I’m a complete noob at this :/
I want to find canine dildo that had the ability to knot/tie.
I keep finding iffy looking made in China ones and I’m a little discouraged/kinda embarrassed.
I’m also on the small-side so I’m looking for something that won’t cause damage.

If anyone trusts/recommends a brand, it’s would be super helpful!

It's just down to luck with the cheap Chinese ones whether they are safe or toxic, so I'd stay clear of them.

It depends which country you live in as shipping and customs can be expensive, but I've heard people say the inflatable ones from Elypse Art are really good and might be what you're looking for - http://www.elypseart.com/id69.html
Neotori is another https://neotori.com/ otherwise you could try looking on Etsy and searching by your country.

I would also vote for Neotori here, greeeat silicone toys, I'm also not from the US so finding out that they could deliver to my country was a great surprise.

I've bought 3 toys from them and haven't had a problem so far.

i am quite sure is not so much rebramding, as chinese industries signing up as sellers because Amazon and brand and solid warranty, which lets them reach a portion of market they could not get as "wholesale chinese seller Li-John Doe"

Amazon on its side, gets more product variety, and the usual abusive conditions.
 
In case you're still looking, I can vouch for elypseart. I have their inflatable canine toy and its marvellous. Took awhile to ship though, but that was mid-covid.
 
Btw:
The chinese thing costs now over double as when I purchased it. It is now well over $50, no longer a big bargain.

Also, after some use there is now an slight air leak from the knot chamber through the tip where silicon meets metal. Sort of fills you nicely, but know keeps slowly deflating
