Not sure, I can't keep it in for a long time, and inserting stuff through the hole, it doesn't feel good as it is pumping a lot of air in... Thing is, it is designed to train, so having the hole, does make it easier to insert, as it can be bent and then it just opens up when it is in fully, I think that was the idea of the hole

With lots of lube and after proper warm up, collapse it, insert it, it opens up inside and fills you completely (at least in my case)

The XXL looks the right size for me and would be nice to walk around with but I guess its is a bit stationary once inside. I like to ride or be ridden hard.
