It was never about rules....its about desperate people who cannot be bothered doing the work. Instead they think they can shortcut the personals by shouting out their own city.

Every one of these games will eventually self destruct because the rules are the only defense against the idiots, and the rules arent even posted. But hey....I'm just the site Cassandra. What do I know, after a mere 25 years on sites like this with "people" like these? Have fun while it lasts.
