Dragons are sexy as hell for sure. It's great to think about gaining the trust of such powerful beasts and earning the privilege of getting to mate with them.
Also the Dracthyr race in WoW: Dragonflight come to mind... it was fun messing around in the character creator trying to make him look as cute and breedable as possible ?... everyone else had theirs all armor-cladded out and here I was nude except a belt with a little red bow-tie on the front, but I had fun prancing around being a lil dragonkin twink haha

But anyway yeah, my top two would be werewolves and Charr. I'm a sucker for anything that looks bestial or primal. Dragons are a close third.
I also really enjoy monsters and aliens. Sangheili, Turians, Krogan, Deathclaws, etc. I'm just your classic furry monster/alien fucker so I could go on all day really.
