First I’ll start off that I’m new here I have a husky girl that’s 9 months no heat as of yet but I’ve been fingering her she seems to enjoy it and contracts on my finger all the time also I’ve gotten passed the ring a few times with my finger I just don’t know if I should be doing this before her first heat even if she enjoys it

No you shouldn't be playing with her in any way sexually before her first heat, wait until she's fully mature.

Until she's had a few cycles she doesn't understand what you're intentions are. That and she hasn't matured yet so you risk hurting her even if you're gentle. Basically you should have the same mentality towards her now as you would a child take care of her and be her friend. Even when she does mature it's still up to her to decide whether she wants to take things further so don't push her into things she doesn't want to do.
