It's my life style. Heavy equipment!
My Lumbar discs/vertebra are nothing short of fucking squashed.
Only way to fix is surgery that could possibly make it worse, possibly help or possibly paralyze me.
So I'll suffer throu the pain rather take a risk like my buddy that had 4 back surgery and is still fucked up

Tums actually, but yeah, calcium carbonate iirc... Too much calcium is bad in a couple ways. One way is kidney stones, too much minerals and too little water. I also heard of one guy that ate so many calcium supplements his arteries were calcified and clearly visible on x-rays.
As far as sprains go, take ibuprofen and drink water.
