After a while start getting undressed while playing with him, after you're naked rub your legs along he's body while playing and occasionally pushing him away, then get on all fours and rock back and forth pushing him with your backside, at this point he should turn some interest in your but hole and genitals, repeat process a few times if needed, getting from a standing position to down on all fours seems to be important for a human to signal a dog...
If he doesn't take interest forget it for a week or so, if after a few months nothing happens just forget it all together.....
....also if this doesn't work you should stop engaging in sexual endeavors like oral, he's not interested.
