And why can't that be a section on here, we already have a website full of zoos, why not have an area where you can hook up with dogs in your area

Firstly, dogs dont make accounts and chat with people online for hookups.
Secondly, those dogs have owners. You talk about them like homeless cheap whores on a street corner.
What about their owners.?
You think the owner spends thousands of dollars and hours on their companions, caring for them, making sure they are healthy, happy and content, training them to be polite, loyal and protective just to whore them out for your pleasure.?
It's the owner your meeting not the dog, and if they think your worthy of their companion then you may get a shot, but under the owners conditions not the dogs.
Just because you want to fuck a dog, does not entitle you to someone's companion.
If you really want to fuck a dog and have no interest in knowing their owner, then perhaps go get yourself your own dog..
In the meantime, you need to respect any dogs owner more so than you would their dog.
The dog is only as good as his owner.
