For Americans/Yanks I offer this suggestion which applies to ALL animal rescues! Buy some food instead of chaos and noise. I doubt those that have never been in a live or die combat situation can fully appreciate why those of us that have most likely find the chaos and noise of 'booms' unsettling. My equine companions most certainly dislike them!

God do I hate the 4th!

The one mercy of the post Covid economic world is that people seem to be spending less on random explosives than they did before. It used to be a 2 month long nightmare, the month leading up to and following, that people would be constantly setting shit off, just because they could buy them by the hundreds for cheap. Not a day would go by without some shithead randomly setting some shit off. Since covid wrecked the economy it really does seem them fuck-for-brains are no longer throwing away what little money they have on a one time half a second of "wow".
