low maintenance, smaller, short haired breeds?

Are there any low maintenance, short haired dog breeds which are good at long licking sessions and are seasonably hung and available in the UK? Beagle seems a decent option, labs seem rather too large a size.

Well Labs are also about as small as you can get if you want to have proper sex with a dog

not to mention that no breed has any "sexual trait" standard. there's no "this breed is the best at licking" "males of this breed have the largest penises" etc. and it's pretty stupid whenever someone seems to think so.
