Most of these are just forced perspective. The first looks like a CAS. Which are definitely huge. But not biggest in the world.
Great danes and Wolfhounds are probably the tallest.
Biggest over-all (discounting obesity) would probably fall with Mastiffs or maybe Aksaray Malaklisi.

Not even close to the heaviest. There are Old English mastiffs over 300lbs. The world record holder was one named Zorba.
